I had left a note asking if it were possible to have the plant delivered by a certain time for a funeral.
A person from the company called me to detail it would be delivered on time and asked a couple of follow up questions. She was friendly and kind, helped me feel at ease on the family receiving the plant on time and I really appreciated the phone call.
